I saw this at Neiman Marcus and I became disoriented for a moment. I thought I was in Tokyo at a Sanrio store but I turned and saw that the Chanel boutique was still behind me so I was sure I was still at Neimans. This is a serious and loud WTF, even for Judith Leiber. I thought only old ladies bought Judith Leiber? But it's funny and cute and if it wasn't $1895, I would get it as a gag gift for my Bag Snob partner, who is the only person I know young enough to still handle Hello Kitty but adult enough to have functions that require a glittery clutch. At Judith Leiber.
Although I think it's adorable, I would never pay $1895 for Hello Kitty anything.

Hello Kitty rox....but I can't seem to bite the bullet and buy the Leiber!!!!! I really want it, but I wouldn't carry it so it will sit in my Hello Kitty showcase!! But isn't that the point of being a collector?? HELP!! Leiber or a new Louis!! ;)
