Apparently the hype over the last season of “The Sopranos” has inspired Frida Giannini, head designer of Gucci, to do an entire line devoted to the mafioso wifey and stripper mistress look. There was gold lame everywhere, we had to put on our Tom Ford sunglasses to block out all that tacky shine. We predict that Carmela and all of Tony’s stripper hobags will be dressed in mob appropriate Gucci garb for their final season. Seriously Frida, just cuz Gucci’s owned by the mafia doesn’t mean we should all dress like them.
